1, Take nutritious and light food
Sleep for a good time.
2, Make sure you follow the biological clock
Take proper rest.
3, Don’t stay awake for a very long time in the night.
4, Don’t change your strategy in the 11th hour.
5, Do revision repetitively but do not try to read some new book or new thing. Make sure that you plan accordingly.
6, Before sleeping and after waking up try to do 10 minutes meditation and thank god for all your memory and brain this gratitude will help you stay calm.
7, Focus your energy on studies, at the current moment don’t think about what will be the results. Don’t think about your previous results. 8, Don’t think about the expectations of parents and relatives. Just be in that moment and keep doing your preparation.
9, Don’t expect your parents to not expect anything from you. They are the people who will always encourage you, motivate you and sometimes reprimand you so that you can become a better version of yourself.. Take it positively. And always remember PARENTS LOVE THEIR KIDS UNCONDITIONALLY.

13, If your one or two papers don’t go right or the way you were expecting try to focus on the next exam paper because you cannot change the previous answers but learn from the mistakes and do better in the next exam which will help you score higher.
14, If you are feeling low or tired after studies go get some fresh air for yourself. You can try meditation or even you can talk to your friends for some time.
